    Default Modifying JCV

    Hi, I have two cartography of one country, one is complete, but the very poor JCV and the other backwards.
    I wish I could use full but with JCV of the other cartography as they are much more complete.
    You can change the JCV to do this ??
    Thank You.

    Gracias.

    No. JCV files are paired to a specific map and can't be used with other maps.

    There are special sections in map for specific JCV info. You need to edit map, but JCV work only with NT format what is closed on today.

    Each junction view in a JCV file is identified by the map tile and road branch it belongs to. The map tile ID and branch ID change from one version to another. That's why a map must go with a matching JCV file. It is easy to replace the map tile ID. But it will be very difficult (sometimes impossible) to find and replace the branch ID.

    Good that you use search to find this appropriate but very old thread for your question. So I will give you answer
    1. The easy version: Not possible. You must use the appropriate built file*.
    2. The hard version: Can't discuss it here.

    * Well mostly.
    Do not PM me with questions. That's what a forum is for.
