    To compile IMG you'll need the same bld_gmap32 and gmt required by jnx2img.
    Hi Alex,
    Thanks for this implement. I test on sas, but every attempt I get this message "Exception: Map compilation failed. The map compiler reported the following error:" (with no following error ;-(
    Someone also has this problem ?

    Hello Alex,

    Now I would like to test SAS.Planet.Nightly.170301.9668 but there are two files in the folder.

    1. SASPlanet.Debug.exe
    2. SASPlanet.exe

    And with these two .exe files it is possible to create an .img card.

    Which of these two files should I use.

    No one has reported such errors yet.

    In Settings page of IMG export, there is "Keep temp files" option. Please turn it on, and then try to export any region.
    After you get the exception, please open %temp% folder in Explorer, there should be a folder (or folders) with name(s) like ExportToIMG_... Open the most recently modified ExportToIMG folder, and take a look what files are inside it.
    Normally, there should be one file with hexadecimal name and MTX extension, and a corresponding LOG file. Are they really there? What's inside the LOG file?

    They essentially the same. The only difference is Debug version provides diagnostics in case of SAS.Planet crash.
    I usually work with a non-debug version.

    My bad. My mpl license file was corrupted. I've changed it, it works (almost) well: some levels of zoom (the first one in particular) do not appear in BaseCamp, but I'll still do tests ...).
    In any case, congratulations Alex for your impressive work!

    I had the same problem. The SAS zoom ==> 18 = 5..200m.
    As I had downloaded in Zoom 17 my maps 5..200.m were not visible in BaseCamp and my GPS
    To solve this problem, you just have to click on the small toggle wheel Toggle then click on the square Edit SAS Zoom and modify Change Source Zoom.

    You can also double-click the items in SAS column - this opens Change Source Zoom dialog too.

    Speaking of double-clicking:
    * double-click in "Garmin zoom" selects a layer and adds it to the map layer list;
    * and double-click in map layer list works the same as "Remove map layer" button.
