I have used MPC for compiling topo maps and I found a problem.
I got corresponding img even with DEM for heights but some problems appear on routing, When I tested the map on BaeCamp there are many lines , really connected , that do not perform well the routing. I did with the same sources a compilation with Maptk and no problems at all were found.
Does anybody some experience on that ?

Did you put the JCV files (svg file, arrow-l.png, arrow-r.png, back.jpg, font.svgz) in the right folder as stated in SPATH fields in the SHP file used?Quote:

Dear pop222, thanks for your post. I am trying to download the mpc v8.3. But I still cannot see the download links after clicking LIKE button and refreshing the webpage. I am in china and some websites, such as facebook, are blocked. So I use the chrome browser and GoAgent plugin to login the facebook, Maybe that is the reason I cannot see the download link. Could you send the download link to my mailbox, [email removed] ?

I think you mean you've clicked the Facebook like button. The one you must click is the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] button on the left below the big list of members who have already liked the post. Your user name isn't among them. Please respond to your activation email as you're still showing as inactive. Do not post your email address in active forum, thanks. "Starting Map Build Engine... WARNING! Message: Directed Restriction encounted with more then 31 segs."
What is “Directed restriction”?
Any help appreciated.
