I got it working.
1. It starts with an informational window (unable to checkout lic....); press OK!
2. GM stats with License Manager; activate all Licenses and extensions! press OK!
3. GM is registered.
Any other information/behaviour??

Please mirror the links. I updated the previous wrong official download link in the readme file. please download global_mapper-21_1-x64.exe again.

If you want to use the BRIDGE and COAST extension modules, you can use wordPad or notepad to open the C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\GlobalMapper\GM_Extension64.cfg file, and change ACTIVE=0 to ACTIVE=1, then you You can check the BRIDGE and COAST extension modules under the "View" menu"Toolbar"\.
