He does everything because I get feedback from ALK to take on all e-mail registered CoPilot app. Probably not a good uninstall the previous version and did not delete content folder from sdCard . Create your own ID, you have a new topic.

Which Password and email?
When i try my own email and password have only Europe.
But i need USA.
Please help me

There is no other solution but to find a friend who has a rooted phone and with it you make your premium ID (password and e-mail).

Is it possible to use both Maps Europe and USA?
I have 2 Premium Id with different Email Adress now
Actually i can use only one Maps. USA or EU
How can make this to use both?
Because, when i try to making a new ID i can only choice one Map

Only one continent. While sail the Atlantic Ocean install Europe :)
