Have you tried FID 800 Maps like modified CityXplorer 2014.1 ?
Maybe a similar technique could be used ?? Like changing the FID, Internal Name etc

In a Dutch forum it's reported that the problem is there(also) with the new European map from Openfietsmap (Openstreetmap), that map has the MAPID:10140
Here there is no gma-file in question.
So Garmin has made a mistake with this new firmware upgrade, or it is the beginning of a further security methodology
just visit the Dutch forum, new post: also a legal version of CN 2014.40 gives the same problem if I can believe TS.
