RAR archive with ISO disk image. Map is NOT locked (FID 809).
EDIT - How to use an ISO-file:
The ISO-file inside the RAR is a duplicated copy of a CD.
ISO-files can be mounted, copied back to to physical CD media or extracted:
- You can use any virtual CD/DVD tool to mount the ISO-file.
Some examples of free tools:

It seems that all of Ballebar's links are dead except the Share-Online part2. If anyone can re-upload the maps, it'd be much appreciated, as would be updated Turkiye TOPO maps.
