Nothing at the moment to open files.
Just Copy to your POI Folder.

The Files are encrypted and Locked and there is no program to decrypt them.
Normal unencrypted GPI files can be converted with some programs to extract waypoint information.
One such program is GPSBabel.

i want to convert the *.gpi to *.poi to fit in opel navigation system but the route converter doesn´t recognize the file, am i doing something wrong or these files can´t be converted?

You are correct there, these encrypted files cannot be converted !

Please explain me two things - i've been thinking of it for 6 minutes (my abs record) but didn't find any answer:
1. there are 2 files "Garmin Keygen v1.5 + CF" - .exe and .jpg types in the package of unlocked files. What are they for - in the package of Unlocked files?
2. Garmin Keygen v1.5 + CF.jpg illustrates the process of the .unl file generation for a Map product, but instructs to press Generate button for a Software product. Why?

Jetmouse kg is useless for Cyclops locked because they have FID greater than 2200-
If you want to unlock them use
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Naturally for unlocked files is useless too

Thanks Caty for your kind comment, but nothing became clearer.
i stop now my attemps to find reasons for including of the non-relevant executable with the misleading instruction into the two packages 3'267'680 bytes long each (total - 6'535'360 bytes), whereas simple repacking (Original and Unlocked folders + GPI_data.txt) results in 1'667'227 bytes long archive.
i'll consider the answer to be JUST FOR FUN.
