is there anyone who knows if there is a limit of number of maps in montana?
when i load all 20 parts of topo norway which means about 1,2GB so there is no problem with
the memory space but it,s hard too load another map. I can load it to memory so i can see it in the computer but
the montana doesn,t see it. then i rermove a number of norway topo maps and suddenly the previous loade map appear
    tips and tricks anyone?

    Map Storage Capacity

The Montana is not without limitation. Consider these guidelines when selecting maps for your Montana GPSr.
•IMG: A maximum of 20 maps, not exceeding 4000 map segments in total, will be indexed
•KMZ: Must not exceed 500 total map tiles across all KMZ maps
•JNX: Support for 250 maps per device
•GPX: Limited to 2000 GPX files, 4000 total waypoints, 200 routes and 200 tracks (maximum 10,000 points per track)

I'm Spanish and this is my first post. I hope you have patience with my English.
I have a montana 600 working quite well. I would know if I can put the CityXplorer (to visit London). I have read the post and if I understand correctly that is like using the CityNavigator in Pedestrian mode. Have I understood correctly?, Thanks for the patience.

The Montana series doesn't support the function EPN
Here [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
You can use the CN NT EU 2013.40....latest with greater coverage and same functions as the CX

    Bye,bye

    Hello,

I do not know if I'm in the right section, I will acquire in the coming days a GPS GARMIN MONTANA 600 official.
I want to know if it is possible to put on unofficial maps GARMIN Montana 600 as easily as the OREGON 400T?

Thank you to you and long life to the site!
