change BL with 5.5120 system file

and then, i need to use FastActivate_24.12.2012 to activate maps and ttsystem .. right ?

i have little problem
update is ok
when put sd card inside tt wont start ... give me tt logo and shut down
when remove sd card tt start
ideas ?
and now when plug tt in laptop i can only see SD card
internal memory is missing
and in sd card i have some folder and files
gns,program,voices,system,ttsystem ?!?

TT is not bricked.
When remove sd card its start fine
When put sd card is some conflict
update from bottom of my post is for SD card .. there is all this files
with sd card laptop see only sd
when remove see tt memory
and now i can see both memory to patch maps and speedcam
this is the problem .. why with sd card tt wont start
some missing ..

Your SD card must be corrupt or incomplete. Copy everything from internal memory (apart from map) to the SD card, add new map folder & run F/A again.
Confirm you followed this "DO NOT just add this bootloader system file to your SDHC card and expect it to run. You MUST first load it to your original SD card or internal memory and start your device. THEN it can read SDHC's" from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

you give me different info now
i explain what do

copy sistem file to change bootloader in tt memory without any card
run to change it
then patch tt with FA
pach is okey
then copy map in sd card ( 8 gb )
put it in tt and tt home give me update
update some system stuff and in sd card have some files/folder
when try run FA to patch map give me no found ttgo.bif file
when remove sd card cant patch map
map is over 2 gb .. tt memory is only 900 mb
i cant put map in tt memory and patch it

you tell me to copy all files from tt to sd card .. then copy sistem to change bootloader
but in 2 gb sd card i cant copy map because is larger size

maybe i missing something or do some wrong
thats i read from 1-2 thread ... copy system .. parch and copy map in sd card
but then .. tt and sd card wont work boot togheter

On your device you MUST have everything (navcore and map) internal or on SD card as this cannot "switch between the two memories)
So...if there's no SD card it will boot/run from internal but if there's a full SD card (navcore/map) in when you start it it will boot/run from that card

Once you have your SDHC card loaded with navcore & map and copy of your ttgo.bif from internal then copy F/A onto the card & run this from your card reader
