Maybe it is garmin fault again

FID numbers are in order, except region 1. perhaps it was originally intended 2783 instead 2713
    That is just my guess

    Hi,

Merging the 10 maps with Gmaptool works well, but new active routing is lost.

    How to merge maps :

Default TOPOExperiencePro_1_Sorvest.img is the corrupt file - NOT the others !!!

When I put all maps on an SD card only the first (TOPOExperiencePro_1_Sorvest.img) show up on my choices of maps, if I remove the first all the other nine are available. When I put the first map back I can only see the first one. This behaviour was experienced on an Edge800.

Anyone else experiencing the same problem?
Yepp... Turned out the exact same way on my Oregon 550... Seems like it is the TOPOExperiencePro_1_Sorvest.img file which makes all the other maps unfunctionable when loaded on the same SD-card...

Yes it's possible but you'll get a bad result, use Basecamp for topo maps

You have to navigate to get to the good.

Maybe I'm stupid. But I cannot mount the img file. Even not with daemon tools. Any help?

Garmin img-files are NOT intended to be mounted, those are a special map-format only.

Garmin img-files can be viewed as maps in Basecamp, if you copy the .img into folder GARMIN on a SD-card or USB-stick or directly on your device, if also copied into GARMIN folder.

Hope, this makes things clearer for you.
