Could you check again bin file with Nuvi BMW logo? In GirEditor we can't see full image..

Maybe turbo find what is wrong.
This logo from BMW is diferent that logo fron normal nuvi 3760.
Maybe gir_editor wont open properly.

On 34xx is AV not supported.
Here is mail from Garmin:
Thank you for contacting Garmin Europe.
Unfortunately that feature was made available and possible on the OEM
BMW branded 3760 and it's not possible on the 3490.
