Thanks, catymag, but how come the POI's have disappeared once the map is transferred over to an SD card? I'd like to have them on the map when using my nüvi 200 or 350...

OK, got one step closer to the solution. When I change my location on the nüvi 350 to a point in (say) Casablanca, I can find plenty of POI's in the "Where to" list. However, I can still not see them when browsing the map...

finally managed. I compared the extracted files with other installed maps. In windows 7 CN is installed in "programdata_garmin_maps after copying the file to this loication and opening MAPSOURCE the rest was easy. I used mapsettool, jetmouse and that was it: done.
    thanks ozboss, Catymag

    From post #1:

Made by desert trekking spe******ts for desert trekking spe******ts, this map provides detailed information on streets, settlements, earth roads, and additional information for desert trekkers like gas stations, water holes, and oases
Try MS version for view on MapSource or BaseCamp. IMG version for view in BaseCamp (folder Garmin or Map in SD or pen-drive)

    Bye,bye
