Do you know is it possible the Russian Milena TTS voice to be made as a vpm?

Many Thanks! I am reading that this file is not working on all units. For example it can't be used on nuvi 3490.

Yes, 2 ways:

1- Using TTSVoiceEditor: Open the .rgn then save as Pycckuu__Milena.vpm (or the name you want)

2- Using RGN_Tool: Open the .rgn then use the region Save button and save as Pycckuu__Milena.vpm (or the name you want)

Correct! It's more a Vocalizer type of voice. I think it would work on the 255W, but not on the 3xxx serie.

I see. Thanks. So no way to use Milena on my 3760/3490. Ok, no problem with that I will keep Katerina. :P

I made a small modification to RGN_Tool (coming version 0.85) and it will automatically extract the VPM name from the .rgn. You'll just have to save the region using the Save button.

Most likely, this Milena voice has been created specifically for new nuvi 30, 40 or 50.

Tested! Unfortunately, Milena doesn't work on the 255W too.

On the 255W, can you select it in the Voice menu? If it is not visible, I can modify RGNVoiceEditor to make it visible.

The owner of nuvi 255W isn't responding yet. Waiting for ...
