Hi all,

I managed to load it into MapSource, but the 'Find Place' function cannot be used. Anybody know the reason?

no search with Gmaptool generated Mapsource versions

I managed to installed to my garmin nuvi 1350. I am also able to browse South Korea map. However, when I tried to change the address country to "Korea", it is not able to search it. Is this correct?

This version was created with GMapTool. Hence, Search Address does not function completely.

Does this mean that when I am in South Korea, the garmin will not be able to tell me how to get from point A to point B? But only able to browse the map?

If you have generated a gmapsupp.img from the "crippled" Mapsource Version, then not. The original image should do it, however, don't expect address search in Korea like in other countries. It's more the same situation like Japan, where streetnames don't exist. So best option, navigate from POI to POI or if available, by phone number (not sure whether this is implemented)

Navigation works, even POI search works, only the Find Address doesn't work.
