tom1807 is right !
Maybe newer firmware (ie TH3.00 for 1460TH., TH2.80 cannot use FMTraffic)
Newer map (ie TSMV10 cannot .,, FMTraffic have to use with TSMv11)
Newer reciever (ie only GTM35 in Thailand)
It seems FMTraffic in Thailand (I guess Malaysia too) need a supported nuvi + firmware that come with Trafficprovider.xml + Specific GTM (Registered)+ Specific map.

The GTM25 works with the 13XX and 14xx series for traffic Sg/My.
Hi robinang,
GTM35 too .
(if only one I can get, I won't hesitate to buy GTM35)
Hi.... i think there must be some sort of special combination for the traffic to to work...
I bought a GTM25 and 1350 from US.... flashed it to local firmware JV and LA all works fine just that the GTM25 do not pick up any FM channel...
this is very puzzling....unless they really go and register the GTM25 for sg usage only ....i given up hope on making them work already...hahaha
Hmmmmm i see... will try and get a local GTM25/35 for testing then...thanks!
So the thing is tagged by the individual country? if i go overseas i wont be able to use the device bought in SG?
ESRI (Garmin dealer in Thailand) said :: for 1460TH , 1350TH want to use Thai FMTraffic must use GTM35 from 3770TH only.
Ok in this case it really looks like the receiver is logged by the local garmin auth dealer..... No chance it is due to the converted firmware??
