I appreciate the upload, but it is only a 10mg file uncompressed ... doesn't seem like a full set of charts ... an area this size i would think would be at least 500mb

I was wrong and Veiron is right:
It is not HXAF001R - it is MAF001R (classic BlueChart "G1")
That's why it couldn't be 226MB, but only 9,9MB.
It is only a small part of Bluechart Atlantic 2008.5 (v10.50) from July 2008 - you'd better use this for your journey.
