Not sure if you will find a Garmin SRF file for Škoda Fabia RS. Maybe the ordinary Škoda Fabia file would be good enough?

Thank you for your help Caty, but I have many of this (with or without sunroof, different colors)....

That model is (New Grand Vitara) after 2005.... I have model before 2005, the "old" Grand Vitara
