Now this is interesting. I'd expect ASR to be part of the unit firmware. Why would it be map specific?

All parts are available. Thanks, catymag.

I processed the map in the following way:
1) I applied MapReverseConverter to gmap directory and saved the result into D:\Garmin\CNE2010.30
2) I used GarminUnlocker to unlock the mapset in D:\Garmin\CNE2010.30
No need to use keygen, no need to patch MapSource / BaseCamp, no troubles in Garmin Oregon.

Hi,

I have a Garmin 1390T which came with City Navigator Europe 2010.10.
Is there any way to update the internal map, GMAPPROM.IMG with this update, and not to create a new GMAPSUPP.IMP mapset?

What to do with JCV files? Simply overwrite the existing?

You should back up the old one to a safe place and delete them from device .[ if you want to use CN EU 2011.30 in internal memory (and no room for 2.9+ GB.)]
This jcv file is for v2011.30 only.
