Downloaded and map does not contain St Lucia. The French islands north of St Lucia are included. See islands mentioned in JPG of packaging.

This map is number 11 in the TOPO France v1 - GPS Topo series.

Unfortunately Garmin made some errors in the installer.
After install run regedit and repair like this:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Garmin\MapSource\Families\FAMILY_776
C:\Garmin\FAMILY_776product.mdx >>> C:\Garmin\FAMILY_776\product.mdx
