City Navigator Brazil NT 2011.10 was officially released by Garmin about 4 weeks ago. There's often a lag between dates for road network updates -> map tile construction updates -> map set compilation update -> official map release.

Next release with possible updates would be City Navigator Brazil NT 2011.20 earliest to be released in late June or July.

Quick question: is there a problem if I use this map with patched MapSource 6.16.1? Is anyone else using the newer MapSource?

Hi guys, Im new in here so I'm putting the steps I followed:
I downloaded the mapsource 6.16.1 along with the patch v6.16.1 Special.
I also downloaded the CNBrNT2011_10.rar file and I've run the installer file .\IMG\CNBZNT2011_10Update_PTB.
Using the keygen with mapid 2206 and my gps id I could succesfully unlock the map.
Now my questions:
(1) When I select the maps in mapsource and choose to send them to my device, does it overwrite the base map (gmapbmap.img) or does it overwrite the supp map (gmapsupp.img)?
(2) All the steps above would have the same effect as just copying the downloaded gmasupp.img into the garmim folder in the device?
