I have a 765t at present i have Europe (inc 3d and Lane Assist) on the unit itself and i can put North America on a SD card (it might fit internally) is there anyway I can put the North America 3D and Lane Assist as well as the Europe versions ??

I can see the file for 3d in the extracted files, can you tell me the name of the Lane Assist file ?

the name of the file is D1279040B.JCV

you can have the first EU map (gmapprom.img) and the NA (gmapprom1.img) on your unit memory
put JCV files are in the JCV folder within the Garmin folder, on the nuvi internal memory and rename second 3d buildings map
gmap3d1.img

thanks catymag, I was referring to a new 6million points of interest update file that should come with a new map. my old poi file is on my poi folder on my garmin,
