Does anyone know where i can get the latest southern africa 2009 img inlcuding topographical and all thaat extra stuff?

IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POST NUMBER 12 AND NUMBER 1?? THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN FILE SIZE SO IM NOT SURE WHICH TO DOWNLOAD. WHICI IS BETTER CATYMAG??
