Thread: All Speed Cameras For TomTom 6 *update 01/04/09*

Hi there, thanks for getting back. I have now2 sussed, with your prompting, I have a folder 'western and central europe' this has safety cam files inside. How can I determine if the new files have ' taken effect'?

Hi i have put the above into my tomtom go 700 it does show the latest speed camera but it does not alert only picture of the camera. is there anyway to add vioce alert when you reaching camera? and i'd like to ask whether i have installed properly i've copied 8 item and paste them to country map?

My old speed camera warn me twice by sound when near speed. but this update did not warn me its only show camera picture. please help how to get warn alert and sound?

Still no ideas where I'll find SC files for Norway and/or Scandinavia ???

In which directory should I install these files ?
In the POI dir (called POI) or in the dir with the maps (called Western_Europe) ?
Should I do anything else or is copying the files enough ?

I copied the files in the dir with the maps, but now I have POI's in my TomTom XL called RM,RF,RFM,...:-)
What are the original names from the files ?
