The phone, ie architecture and its system is just part of a problem
Every device with 4GB of RAM and more is 64bit based, arm64-v8a
The thing is that Samsung has completely excluded support for 32bit applications with some phones, which otherwise can run regularly on a 64bit system.

In addition to explanation by Boki,
it is similar as 64 bit PC with 64 bit Windows but without WOW64, which is complete support for 32 bit applications to be able to work in 64 bit environment.
Example is simple 64 bit Windows PE.NO THANKS POSTS ALLOWED, NO LIKES NEEDED, ALL MIRRORS APPRECIATED
