I am not saying what and where to place, but only said that in the Israel_3dlm.poi most likely the same information that is contained in the Israel.3dl from the building folder...
P.S. The fact that poi should lie in poi and the fool is clear is not about this, but about the content of the file...

without having this file, it is not possible to determine its real function:
POI file as its extension seems to indicate or 3D Landmark as its name suggests with 3dlm
in this case what hypothesis should we deduce as meaning of this supposed 3D? have fun!

It is very easy to identify at first glance the content of a POI file from the title of its name as with Israel_Premium.poi, Israel_Rich.poi, Israel_Extended.poi, Israel_Truck.poi, Israel_Petrol_Station.poi, Israel_School_Zones.poi, but in this case everyone would like to know what these points of interest grouped under the 3dlm banner ultimately correspond to, if only out of curiosity!
