what I did and post #8 and it seems to me to be a malware attack and attaches to the browser and only on this forum so far.

It's back again today I see. I can block it from happening in two ways with uBlockOrigin. 1st is blocking Javascript on this site. 2nd is blocking the second entry for [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Doesn't matter which of those is blocked, it stops.

I have been free for about 5 days after running "Spybot Search&Destroy" malwarebyte seems to not look there in the free version but SB S&B does, basically it's a browser attachment.

Was back this time at loggin so did my Spybot Search & Destroy and came back after it finished and was gone.
I conclude it is a spam attachment to this site and to certain Browsers and if you don't delete "scan for Malware that the "malwarebytes and other Virus hunters DON"T look at then maybe you should try SB&D to see if it works for you , I have been using the the free version for possibly 15yrs and am happy.

I don't know where this sh*t comes from, but this morning I got it again. I inspected the source of web page and found this:
    Code:
Please Login or Register to see the links
I tried to find the __ez_show_gateway function, but I did not found in source code. After that I tried to get all of external Javascript sources of web page and found it.
This function (__ez_show_gateway) came from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

So I think, if it is a spam or unwanted thing, then the server is infected.

BTW, I delete all cookies in browser and logged in again and accepted cookies on gpspower.net
Now I can browse all topics without this sh*t.

Had no problems first login via VPN then logged off.
Did other sites and then came back to this site and the problem was there.
Tried different VPN locations did not help turned off VPN still same problems
Problem was still there even after logging in both with VPN and no VPN.
So I shut down Firefox all together.
Restarted Firefox came back in and the problems were gone both without VPN and with VPN on.

Tested this with logged in and without being logged in and all was work they way it should.

Back again after going on other sites and the problem seems to be gone.

    I'm no longer seeing it.
I run a Linux system so Spybot isn't an option, whatever it is it was coming from this site, not my browsers.

It came back again after I was on a Rumble podcast and then went back to here.
    Did not shut down Firefox.

After closing Firefox I repeated the same thing went to a Rumble podcast and then back here and no problem with site.

    It is a strange problem.
