Unfortunately these files no longer work with the latest versions of the Pongo skin!
I'll have to take a closer look...maybe...

Attached a loading for latest skins Pongo as example.
If you want other loading create or extract the file loading.svg from other loading zip and replace in proper folder of my zip.
Use winrar < 4 (old)

Which Pongo version are you using. Previous versions have different folder structure. To be more precise the loading.svg is in a different folder path.

Not being able to use svg images (because making a full moon and a well-detailed astronaut is very difficult), I opted for the Garigor Skin loading file in which there are bmp images.
I removed some folders and also some .ui, .lua and .css files that didn't concern loading but have other functions, (you should understand it when you open them) and it works well, even very fast.
For those who are unfamiliar with svg files, I think it's the best solution, for those who have an svg file, just replace the original one that is in the_skin_by_pongo.zip without having to create a new loading.zip file.

I am using iGO NextGen Pal with pongo skin. I really liked your work loading pictures, I would really like to have my own picture in my assembly. May I ask you to do such a favor for me?

I made you the Loading file with your image, I left it rectangular (the originals have it squared for viewing in portrait) but it also works in portrait. I tried it in Pal with the Pongo Skin and it works, the images are in bmp x NNG format otherwise the file weighed almost 4 Mb.
If it gives you problems I will make you the square images.......
