What is the purpose?
The file is created when you run the software for the "first" time.
As we all use "treated" applications here, we don't need it.
I saw a utility called "NNG TOOL", that allows to decrypt and encrypt igo primo's device.nng files.
But its a old post and the software is not avaliable more...
Does anyone have a tool downloaded and can share it?
Appreciated... Thanks!

Hello, the purpose is to investigate the content of the .nng files and to understand more about the igo system.
Research purposes.

you don't need to decrypt the device.nng at all, you delete it after the installation.
I think I can remember that this file is said to be responsible for certain problems even with Primo ??

ex calipoint say: my Knowledge of today is what I read yesterday 🧐😉
if i remember correct, the ngg is a blowfisch encyptet xml file using the cid as key.
i might be totally wrong.
For encryption it using mask scrambling and ADD/XOR operations.

Ahhh, Mazda (I googled a bit)
Naive.
That one who has had fun with this program has seen the simplest elements. These segments can be read with a simple Hex Editor.
As for encryption, he missed a lot. A LOT.
It is not "simple scrambling".
There is a very good reason why no one has managed to make an adequate lyc generator all these years.
As far as I know, 128bit encryption was used. Or 256bit.
After all, 7 years of that tool (and almost 20 of NNG), no progress has been made. Logically.
That's why h*ckers deal with applications, not licenses.
The good thing is that we can extrapolate the operation of mazda (Based on igo), to other systems that also work with igo without the need to patch the .exe.
The problem is getting decrypt and re-encrypt the device.nng

It is same software (slightly modified and adapted) and same principle and same encryption.
Good luck with that (in vain ).
So, once the device.nng is decrypted, all IGO versions should have the same encryption?
Wouldn't the encryption change from one version to another?
