ARM is a processor architecture. Most common in today Android mobile devices. Your phone has a processor/chipset based on it.
Even if you are not familiar with technical details, you can find explanations on the Internet for both lay and very professional people.
After all, have you ever seen a mention of iGO for any other Android architecture devices besides arm?
Because if you have a WinCE device, you use iGO for WinCE, if you have an iPhone, you use iGO for iOS.
There are a few more architectures (MIPS, x86...), but that's not your case.
P.S. Don’t confuse chipset manufacturers with architecture.
