They go in the same place as any Garmin Nuvi.
In the folder \POI
As for other language packages you can use the webupdater to get them.

How to add POI safety camera to Dnx unit to orginal map? ( when i upgraded map on garmin express i missed this)
second Question - can i add lang pack from other garmin device like zumo or nuvi - will be work or not
