Why on earth would you do such a thing at all...
Because it's not possible.
Garmin has its own proprietary operating system and its own software.
The same goes for TomTom devices.

Because the route calculation time is very long.
on a 2000km route I use somewhere at 20 intermediate points
and it always takes a long time to change or add a waypoint
@sgabrielnita, You've already written about this in another forum and received a fairly comprehensive response. I don't understand why you post the same thing again in this forum. Nobody will tell you that installing other software is possible! IT'S NOT POSSIBLE!!!
where do you see that I posted the same thing in this forum?
and what's the problem if I asked in another forum?
if the dezl LGV series use an android software i think it is possible somehow...
If you already expect help, at least be honest and don't attack people ...
Spoiler: pics
You think that by trying to screw up a very high end Garmin unit it would be faster???
Plus this can not be done even if it is a Android based unit as Boki_Srb points out.
I have a couple of Garmin units and I plan all my waypoints in Mapsource and add them in to the Garmin on any and all trips I make.Because the route calculation time is very long.

Once I have reached a waypoint I just pick a new one that I installed.
You can even change your plans and bypass a waypoint and pick one of the others.
When I am done with this trip I copy them to my Laptop for use at another time.
Also plan ahead for trips.
