Hello. I have a truck mounted Jensen VX7020c running NaviExtras. Does anyone have maps for this?

    Thanks.

    Hello
You have [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] running iGO Primo (or in some cases TomTom) whose content is distributed by NaviExtras.
So, look for all information in the section

Take the time and read slowly

There is a lot to read, it's a bit overwhelming. I don't have a unit I can plug into my PC and update, it's mounted in the truck and it only has a USB port. I suppose it runs an OS of WinCE or Android, is there any easy way to tell? How do I know if has a version of iGO or TomTom, how can you tell (there is no indication of this on any of the screens)? I assume I download the right version of iGO, setup the folders, and reboot the device; that makes sense but will the device know to boot the USB drive, or do I have to root it?

I didn’t say it was a two-minute job. I said take your time...
The device is in front of your nose, you should have some manual too, right?

Each system has its own specification and menu in which it can be seen. The same goes for software - "about menu"...

Obviously, as soon as you confuse the distributor with the type of software, your knowledge is low. It is not my intention to offend, it is a fact and it is normal for beginners.

Most likely your system is based on the WinCE platform, and most likely uses Primo. Such devices do not connect to a computer, but contain a SD card containing software and maps (or just maps).
Even if it is Android based, routing is never necessary in cases like this...

First establish the facts about your device, and then look for the right information you need. When you find out, we can give you further guidance.
Everything already exists on this forum, there is no need for new questions, all you need is good will and enough time.
