Default Mio with IGO doesn't startup anymore

    Hello,

I do have a Mio spirit 575 and a long time ago ( 5 years) I installed a program on it so I could use IGO and Tomtom on it.
I only used IGO and today I updated the IGO maps , poi, etc but now IGO ins't starting up anymore.

When I start up the Mio I see: SEEKER.R16.00.0773.STF128M
Then I get the screen in which I can choose between IGO and TomTom
When I startup IGO I see the startup screen from IGO but then I get again the screen with SEEKER.R16.00.0773.STF128M and it goes back to the startup screen in which I can choose betweeen IGO and TomTOm

    What is going wrong ?

Just guessing here but it's possible that your Igo program is so old that it doesn't work with the current content. If I were you, I'd download and install a current version.

I removed a lot of maps, poi and other files and now it's working.
I think I overload the system with files and now I only installed the road map files.

It depends on what version of proggy you're running. Earliest iGO (esp version made for PDA), only .fbl and .poi would work. Mio probably has a version that allow .fjv in addition to .fbl and .poi's
Do not PM me with questions. That's what a forum is for.
