    I have tried to modify some images from resources.bin (nuvi 3597 hwid 1603) with GIR_Editor_v0.56 , but "Saving GIR type 21 is not supported..."

    I've looked at .bin and I figured out the BM6 format that it uses. How many bitmap are you trying to replaced? And what is the reason? Is it just for looks? Post the bitmap and corresponding bitmap number you want it replaced.

    I just compiled a beta of v0.57 that allows to edit/replace symbols in GIR files of type 21. It's a beta so no guarantee it will work but I feel confident about it. Let me know if you are interested in testing the program and I'll post it for you.
