Default Navocore on external sd for tomtom 950

Yesterday i found a problem with my tomtom go 950.
even if working perfectly, windows 10 did not recognize the internal memory.

so, i decided to format the unit in fat32, and install again everything. (using tthome).

if i put the nacvore on the EXTERNAL sd, no problem: everything works, and maps on the internal memory work.

if i try to put the navcore on the Internal memory, according to tthome it is ok, but once i try to restart the unit it doesnt work.

so, something happened, and i need always to have the external sd inside.

what can i do to fix the problem?
    the bootloader is 5.5279

Assuming you can see/read the internal memory in windows (forget TTHome) then delete all loose FILES from the internal memory & copy them across from your SD card as it sounds like only the internal navcore is corrupt seeing as you can still use the internally stored maps. Remember you may need to re-patch the navcore again?
Another though it run clearflash.exe 3 times 9allowing a rebot after each run [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
