The language is English, however it doesn't make sense to most of us. What does 'this NavCove have to go through tomtom box mean'? What do you mean by 'tomtom box'? Is it actually a special box with TomTom written on the side or do you mean something else?

I am in the UK and I let TomTom Home upgrade my Carminat TomTom in my Renault Scenic to 9.884 as I wasn't getting anywhere with trying to install a 'patched' NavCore and the only reason I wanted the European Maps was for a trip to Belgium & Holland. However I managed with my Android phone and a cheap mount. I would still like to have the European Maps, and be able to update them but I think for the time being Carminat NavCore can't be patched.

    Hello.
From what I can not do anything with Carminat live if you have higher NavCore of 9842.

Nor is it clear that with this NavCore will work, because it depends on which bootloader has the gps.
I could not figure out which is the bootloader that allows and what not, but I'm sure the gps more NavCore of 9842 have no choice.

According Apak these carminat live 9842 gps support the NavCore 8842 patched to put maps forum.

(I am sorry, translated with google)

    Backup with TTH.
I take one formatted in FAT32 and renamed 'TomTom' card (I took the parts of the video camera, a 16 GB SDHC C10, although I use a 8GB SDHC C2) and get into the browser. He tells me no maps and turn it off. This step creates the folder loopdir.
We introduce the card in your computer and open TTH, then I created the folder and tthome.bif statdata file. I close it without doing anything.
With the ttgo.bif carminattools I think, although you can make a copy and paste from the TTH, Help, System Information, copy only the section to ttgo.bif and paste into a new file with that name in the root of the SD .
Copy the TTSYSTEM Mazda.7z you include in the file you posted in the forum at the root of the SD

Copy the files from the backup to the SD, least loopdir, statdata and old map.
I copy the new map to the SD (in my case, Europe folder), without the dct file.
With FastActivate, I update meta.txt and give to option 2, 'Patch Mpas ...'
I copy all the files from my old map (radar, voices, etc) without overwriting anything.
I put the card in the browser asks me to update, complete and now this.
Great work. That was help me with my Mazda TomTom. But after I updated it with a new Navcore 10.854 it's wants to accept patched maps. I thought I patched 10.854 correctly by myselsf, but not. I was trying to downgraded it to 10.852, but vainly.
    Need help with that.

    Thanks a lot!
Everything works great. Navcore allow reflash with the same or higher version. But didn't let to reflash with older version.
So now I could use any maps from this forum.
@rusigor You are the man. Спасибо огромное!

    Happy New Year to everyone!
