@Boki Works fine with HERE 2016Q3 for my state (there is no reason why result wouldn't the same for other states) for the following
NextGen9.18.27.687519-Gift(26Jan2017)
NextGen9.18.27.689739-Basarsoft(10Feb2017)
NextGen9.18.27.693527-World(14Mar2017)
No additional content licenses are needed; just what comes with proggy.

Version is 9.18.27.676280. I realized that some files turn red if I rename the license folder just when I tested it yesterday.
