Default Tomtom XL dont star after update navcore/software on TTHome

Hi, Tomtom XL dont star after update navcore/software on TTHome, it stuck on inicial screen with tomtom xl image...
Before update on TThome i make a backup to my documents to a folder call "internal memory". Could i delete all the files in the device internal memory and put there the files of the backup? If i choose to restore from tthome it says that my device does not support that function. Thanks

Just use a program like Total Commander and copy your whole content back to your device.
Which Navcore did you get via Home ?
Be aware that when you use maps from , for instance this forum, there is a strong need to patch the Navcore first.

You can try copy files from memory to computer, after delete memory and connect to TTHome, after upgrade navicore and all will be ok. After copy and activate maps, which you need and copy missing files from your backup, like voices etc etc.
