Help with gps signal

Good morning . i have the issue with my devices tt go 730 & tt one . the problem remind as this as i use the device it works perfect but if i have to stop and pack it an use it again after 5 mins. they both cant connect to gps i see there are satellites available but cannot connect for a minimum 30 mins or even longer . navcore i use on both is 8.562 . what i do wrong or what is the solution for the problem . Thanks test it at home it seems that works good tomorrow will test on road .
