help Tomtom One XL Start Edition.

    Hello,

I have a Tomtom One XL Start edition with navcore 9.510. I want to upgrade to Truck but when i install truck navcore i have no sound what so ever.
When i try another navcore i have the same thing, no sound.
When i put my backup back sound is back??

How can i fix this or how can i upgrade with sound to another navcore.

    Hope someone can help me.

    Greetz

I did that and that didn't help. still no sound.

Why should it be a good and bad device?

I would suggest you try an alternative 9.702 truck navcore from here [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Maybe my full set attachment 3 here [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I'm guessing you DO get the start up tomtom sound which at least proves the speaker's OK?
I'm also guessing you don't have "Turn on Voice guidance" green button in preferences which means they're currently off?
I'm also guessing/hoping you have some boxes ticked in "Voice preferences" and a choice of voices in "Change voice"?

In some models of the sound disappears, if you use the wrong emulation. (The sound is only in the original emulation)
