    Default Maps on TomTom XL IQ Routes Edition

    Hi guys!
    I'm having some trouble getting maps to work on my device.
    It keeps comming up with "You cannot use this map on this device"

    DeviceName=TomTom XL IQ Routes Edition
    DeviceVersionHW=XL IQ Routes Edition
    BootLoaderVersion=55277
    ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=9061
    ApplicationVersion=576030.2
    CurrentMap=
    CurrentMapVersion=0.0

    I'm trying to load Australia 875.3671. I have run FastActivate Premium but the option buttons don't come up. When I run AutoActivate it says press any key to continue and then closes. I've also tried with other maps but to no avail. Not sure what I'm doing wrong and any help is appreciated!

    Thanks!

    What is you Windows version and 32 or 64 bit ?
    you can try shot down you antivirus/firewall if needed, some setting in you computer block it, or maybe it is some "extra language" windows ?

    I am administrator of the pc and have tried the "run as administrator" option also.
    I am new to windows 7 and am not sure what variables to set?
    Is there any settings in particular I should take a look at?
