    I do not see the licenses. And with search mode I cannot find them either. Do you have the licenses too? And Morocco is not in the files.

    ok I bought it with the 2016 q4 maps, however the .lyc file does not unlock the maps in my Avic 8200 NEX unit

    You bought AVIC map package? For AVIC HU, wih WinCE NG? For exact region?
    If so, then you can complain to them, you have every right to it.
    If you bought a general package, for example for android, these are different licenses
