    At first: which device, which android-version? And yes, if device and android-version compatible with the Go-App, you must de-install any old Go-App before install the new App-Store-version.

    Galaxy S7, Android 6.0.1., rooted device (it's perhaps there the problem ???)

    Yes compatible because i've already install Go Mobile and all was ok. But my problem is :

    I install Go app. I use it. when it's an update of the rom of my phone, i install the update.

    Then i re-install GO with titanium backup pro, and after the app don't work anymore, i de-install it.

    After i will reinstall Go from the google store, and it's impossible, after install, i open the app, and it says that it's impossible to connect tomtom to continue the installation !!!

    I must re-initialize my phone completely, reinstall tomtom Go before any other app, and then all is OK !!! It's crazy and take a long time !!!

    If you desinstall Go for some reason, it's the same for me !!! After, it's impossible to reinstall !!! Maybe because the root device ?

    Have you an idea to do simplily the manipulation ?

    I hope you understand my english !! I'm french talking !

    @clodoux
    I have an S7 running on 6.0.1, NOT ROOTED. For me, the installing routine as detailed in this forum works perfectly well.

    @clodoux
    Until v1.9 (or v1.10?) i must de-install the complete Go-App to install a new version (deinstall cra**ed version, install new playstore version, deinstall playstore version, install new cra**ed version, downloading map(s))
    Since v1.10 an install of the new cra**ed version over the existing cra**ed version is enough. No new install of map(s) needed, map(s) and stored routes remain stored

    don't use titanium backup for restore TT Go, It doesn't work.
    Delete all TT go file.
    install TT Go with playstore, run (first screnn, (don't download map) and exit.
    Delete TT Go with app manager, not with play store option.
    install TT GO Dfox version and run.
    Choose MAP in TT GO and download.
    For next DFox version, install new version over the old, without uninstall.
    Titanium Backup is useless for TT GO, the backup is not valid.

    Hello,

    The app works fine, but I don't have the sounds and notifications menu for speedcams in the parameters menu. Is it normal ?

    If you compare with old tomtom device, yes it is different in Go mobile.
    But you have sound when there are speedcams.

    Checks by yourself.
    Test the original version and you will see that the menu is identical to DFox version.
    All radars (and warning zones in France) are reported (data connection required) with sound.
    The manual is outdated, simply.
