Works fine on Nexus 4 (Lollipod 5.1.1)
Installed without losing the already existing maps. Nice !
    Thanks

I have tested v1.10 with above internet site (you can register with any fake-account).

The good thing: they communicate 'somehow' with each other

    The bad things:
o it's unreliable. I uploaded an ov2-file to the site above... then it was really visible on my Android... but 5 minutes later it disappeared from Android
o GPX-routes seem to be treated as tracks on Android
o you cannot really edit the routes (on the web) in any way that is logical or makes sense
o the sync seems only to work from the internet down to Android... if you delete an imported ov2-file via 'my places' on Android it does not disappear in the web.
o for me this 'my drive' feature is useless as it is implemented now

As to Favorite handling I will continue to stick to the file based ov2-method described here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    But, regarding My Drive:
    1) what is it good for?
    2) how can I disable this service? It is already diabled by TomTom default settings, but the service is still running (and visible in the notification bar).

    1) Look at post #32. You can make a "backup" of your personal data. E.g. if a next version can't install as an update and by new installation you have lose your data
    2) It seems a bug, MyDrive at any time present, also if "deactivated"
Indeed, this looks like a bug. Nomatter if I disable the sync settings in the tomtom app or not, I keep getting the mydrive cloud in notification bar and the dropdown menu.
Annoying. I hope tomtom fixes it soon.

Thanks a lot for this cracked version of the new tomtom app!

I found an easy fix! This will remove mycloud sync notification:

Go into tomtom application by 1) longpressing the tomtom icon in appdrawer and go into application info. 2) Untick Show Notifications

    Works like a charme!

I´ve never came across an app that needs an google account. That´s new to me.

    1) the original apk (can be found here or accross the internet, see also post above this post)
    2) the cracked apk
    3) disable all kinds of 'app verification' settings resp. enable 'unknown sources' in Android (can be usually found under 'security' or 'developper settings')

re 3) this should be standard settings anyway for each android phone
Tried ... does not work (step by step and background information? : ) )

Thank you all for your answers ... then 1.4 will do it some more years (or someday there will be a proper offline fix).

You need a Google account to get access to Google Play Store to download and install the original TTGo apk.

You need a Google-account to get access to the playstore, but you don't need a Google-account to install the original TT-Go-APK. All what you need is an original APK, e.g. downloaded from here.

You are wrong. Downloaded original app be enough: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Please, no reply with full-quote, not even for stupid people, who have already forgotten the previous post.
