The only 2 phones that have any problems turn out to be Nexus 5x/6p.
They are working on a fix for that.
If there are other phones that do not work then that needs to be posted over at TomTom.
But I just spent 1 hour reading all the posts about v1.9 and the only 2 are Nexus 5x/6p.
So if some phone other than Nexus 5x/6p is having problems then start all over.
And see if the problems corrects itself.
There are even user's who have manual install the original v1.9 on a Nexus 6p and got it to work.
Only a small problem with it taking over 45 seconds to load,
But once it loader it ran OK.

What map are you trying to download??
Did you try a smaller map location.
Are you downloading with Data Connection or over WIFI???
There are a couple of user's that have the same problem.
I do not know if they still have that problem.....;
Have you tried at a friends house and their Wifi Internet not a Data Connection????
What phone are you using???
Plus forget the Application App Manager apps remove them.
You need to trouble shoot the things you are doing and not doing.
