I've heard that it is possible using a resolution changer but you need a rooted device for that.

Thank you for providing this great tool which I have used successfully in the past.

I get the following error: "Problem with map - You cannot use this map on this device: New_Zealand-100566".

    TomTom_New_Zealand_v1.4_1729544_Crcked_o.apk and New_Zealand-100566.meta.dct were created with TT_AndroidKG_By_DFoX_v9.4.exe.
According to compatibility charts this map 'New_Zealand_960_7056' is compatible with Android.

The only thing I changed: in .metadata.xml I changed the size to '0', else the app tries to connect with 'No network connection' ...

My device: Xiaomi Note 2, running Android 5.0.2

Any idea what I am missing, or I am doing wrong??

    TomTom_New_Zealand_v1.4_1729544_Crcked_o.apk
    You need to use TomTom_New_Zealand_v1.4_1729544_Crcked_t.apk.

The "o" app only works with genuine Android maps, not 7056 maps.

Thank you, for the fast reply!

I tried the TomTom_New_Zealand_v1.4_1729544_Crcked_t.apk, but it starts and stops after 1 sec.
(The TomTom_New_Zealand_v1.4_1729544_Crcked_o.apk starts and shows the map-error)

I don't know the answer to that, maybe someone else knows.

My guess is there is a problem with the dct file.

    I use Deltafox's Universal app.

I tried with an other TomTom 1.4 universal.apk from this forum, but still it's not working.
After I generated the .Meta.dct for Europe, again it tells me: 'You cannot use this map on this device New_Zealand-10566'

BTW, in .metadata .xml which content-version do I need for this map?

    1. "YOU" generated the dct file ???
Paste the meta code into the meta.txt file and let the app activate the map for you.

    1. The contents of my ".metadata.xml" file :-
