iGO nextgen Pal not showing 3D building (has 3dl and 3dc files)

I have install the iGO nextgen iGO PAL 9.18.27.719974 (original version; installed from phone internal storage). I don't have my sys.txt and let the apk generated one.

I am using the pongo skin from here:

with Canada maps from here (I didn't download the USA map):

I only downloaded the canada map and the license and the hnr.zip files. It has the 3dl and 3dc files and I have put them in the Content/map/building/ folder. I can see the 3d landmarks and 3d building in the content in the app (not red; showing the license).

the 3d settings are on from the app. but i am not seeing any building in the 3d map. any idea? phone is LG G5 android 7.0. thank you.

App > Settings > Navigation Map > Map Display > ...scroll down... > Buildings ON ?
Btw, you don't have all buildings from one country in file. Only important one (famous, communal...).

Thank you, Boki. I have that setting on. I double checked and I am able to see few historical buildings. So i guess it's working. there are really very few buildings in the city/country.
