That is an android Primo or NextGen and the apk is not executed, therefor Primo/NextGen is not installed, it seems.
There is no Primo exe, and it's not in the subfolder "Primo" that is in the folder "EU+AU 8GB". The folders aren't there.
But the unit is WinCE or Android? What version? The name of the StorageCard is?

Was the DIN originally made for your Honda CRV? If so, there is a good chance it's Honda Connect system. If not, then it could be WinCE or android based system. The error you show is referencing WinCE but what's on SD card is android.

Sent to you? You mean you bought it afterward for your DIN and it wasn't originally for it? If so, why did you buy it without knowing if it is for your DIN?
Was your DIN originally part of the Honda CRV or was it post installed? If it was installed, you need to find out what brand and get specs.

When i bought the vehicle the Radio system was already installed in the car everything else works apart from the Navi system, when i got it he told me the sd card was missing and he would send one to me by email, all i needed to do was install on sd card and put it in the car system and it would pick it up and work, this has not happened, sorry for the inconvenience guys but would just like to get the system to work.

I downloaded this one and it worked in the car but would not let me select any of the areas the keyboard was grayed out.

I think the guy who sold me the vehicle got the maps from here as here is the sys file. ref (Brown Dog)

The sys.txt doesn't really tell you that you got it here via Brown Dog, but that's irrelevant. Ok, so now we have two possibilities:
    1. The DIN was original, so that makes it likely Honda Connect and Garmin Street Pilot
    2. The DIN was installed by the person that sold you the car and it's running whatever he's put on it, so that makes it android (according what's on the SD card)
So now you have to find out if the .apk was installed and how to launch it from radio.
To be sure why don't you ask original owner if he installed the DIN or was it part of Honda CRV?

What's odd about that link is it's for WinCE but your seller put android .apk on SD card. Perhaps the .apk is not needed and only contents are required. So you are able to launched the WinCE proggy? And see maps but can't access keyboard for address?

In order to "fix" your problem, you need to do find the following (in order)
    1. Is your unit running OS of WinCE, android or something else. Brand of DIN would help.
    2. Once you know which OS it's using, you can find appropriate proggy and see if it can be launched from radio (this is "unlocking")
    3. Once you can launched it, then you worry about licensing and contents
    4. Then debug/fix "skins" related problem such as your "keyboard" issue
From the conflicting info given (so far), we are currently at step 1.
