Now the provider knows there's a traffic jam. They sell (and sent) that info realtime to Tomtom. Tomtom sent the signal to the phone by RDS/TMC by local broadcast FM transmitters free of charge. Or as datapackets to a GSM network, the receiver is a smartphone with Tomtom Navigator application or a standalone Tomtom navigation device. Cheaper devices made a bluetooth dataconnection to a separate cellphone. Expensive TT models has an build-in simcard and a lifetime free of charge databundle.
A very clear story but it does not explain why it does not work in Sygic.
Today we had 645 km traffic jam in Holland, a record, TomTom displayed almost a complete red map in region Amsterdam, Sygic : nothing.

are you logged-in in Sygic? Traffic is an online service that requires login.

Depending on your product configuration, Traffic service may or may not be a part of your license, in which case you have to purchase it separately.

If you purchased Traffic in Sygic online shop at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], [please make sure that you are logged into the application with the same email that used to make your purchase.

As you can see Sygic says 0 Min traffic.

Who said Traffic will work with this Beta version???

It is a patched version and you go online with it???

Would that not be the last thing you want to do???

Unless you are a user that has a full paid version of this app and paid for traffic. How is any of the online services going to work???

    This is not like TomTomGo......

    Default Still GPS Position errors

Still problems with GPS position like all previous versions, result : contantly recalculculation.

Jumps back to the right position after 15, 20 seconds.

The Arrow should be on the blue road ofcourse.

No problems at all with Copilot and Route 66 and TomTom.

    Here are some screenshots.

    Screenshot 2015 12 08 Sygic error 1

I was driving on the white road right of the Arrow ( the blue road on the screenshot below )

    Screenshot 2015 12 08 Sygic error 2

Suddenly the Arrow jumps from the route to the left :

    Screenshot 2015 12 08 Sygic error 3

    Same here :

    @Rider,

When I look at your screenshots I see a lot of things running in the background.

Wifi is on and looking for a connection when not needed.
    You have Bluetooth on why?
    Some music app running?
    Some half moon Icon running?

I would turn off all of these things.
They are using too much of your resources up.

Start with a clean slate and trouble shot the problems.

Then check the setting in Sygic.
Try to reset to default and see what happens.

Look at where you have in your car.
It has a compass built in and if it is near to much metal it will effect the app also.

    Chambers,
Yes, Wifi was on, normally I disable it, when disabled same result.
Yes, bluetooth on and music playing, no problem at all with the other navigation apps.
Tablet is on the same place as with the other nav apps.
No idea what the halfmoon app does.

    EDIT

Did another testride , everything disabled, still the same behaviour.
Now and than it displays crazy, map is turning around all the time.

Just got a notification maps need to be updated ( 15.6.1 )
    Downloaded and updated without problems.
    Still 2015-09 but updated.
15.6.1 beta works without problems with wifi on.

    EDIT :

Noticed that after the map update 3D buildings from Map Downloader are gone, think the file
    is overwritten by the update.
    Shall replace it again.
